Tariq is the FSS Project Manager, and is also a partner in the firm, M/S Sterling Swift, that is executing the FSS project in Pakistan. He has over thirty years of experience in the Development and Private Sectors, and has managed five multimillion-dollar projects as either the General Manager or Project Director. He has worked is Pakistan, Afghanistan, Venezuela and the UK, and has managed Program Support Unit Projects for CIDA/DFATD in both Islamabad and Kabul. He has also worked on two USAID projects, and with various private sector organizations in Pakistan and abroad.
He has managed teams that have worked on Private Sector Development, Irrigation, Health, Education, Environment, Gender Equity, Women’s Economic Empowerment, Economic Analysis, and Governance. He also has experience of working with Responsive Funds, Training Programs, Large Systems Change Consulting, Process Consulting, Results Based Management, Strategic Planning, Total Quality Management, Finance, Procurement, Recruitment and Contracting.
